About: Bulgakov was born in January 2016. His owner bought him but was not able to handle him when he grew big and was planning to sell him to a breeder. Rescued in June 2017 and transferred to a boarding facility where he was waiting for adoption, he was a victim of neglecting. He left the place underweight. He’s currently treated for a minor skin disease. His fur was shaved of and it will take few more months to grew back. Despite of this terrible past, Bulgakov is a mature boy that can be easily handled by an experienced and loving master. His rescuer hope that he can find a family able to get him out of China where weather conditions are not adapted for Alaskans.

Individual Rescuer supported by a large group of local rescuers and pets owners. All together we have currently over 50 dogs for adoption. Once fully vaccinated and neutered, most are transferred to boarding facilities in Shanghai suburbs. Bringing them to adoption days is a task that we cannot accomplish for all but photos and videos are available to help you to choose the right one. Only few can be visited in group Rescuers houses. We accept fosters volunteers but same as for adopters we do not accept candidates living in shared appartements. Adoption is free of charge but a part of each dog rescue expenses relies on regular and occasional donors support. That’s why we appreciate adopters help to contribute to other Rescued Vaccins, Neuter, Boarding costs. Accessories such as good quality collars, leashes can be reimbursed or returned once not needed anymore.
